What is the hardest part in your job? (NICU nurse)

I'm in 10th grade at Mayo High school, and I also attend a program called P-TECH. I am doing an assignment where I research the job I want to have when I am older.

NICU nurse is more challenging and difficult from other nurse. We should know the through knowledge about infants especially per mature babies. Hardest part in this job is proper sample collection and proper extraordinary care. You can research about this in paediatric hospital especially in ICU.

NICU tech job varies. It seems like you particularly chose a nursing job.
Usual challenges can be from taking care of patients of all ages prioritizing their needs, ensuring safety and well-being, emotional challenges, working in a high-stress environment, you have to deal with long working hours, and continuous learning to stay updated.
