<p>As a Career Services Professional with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), I work with individuals in an empathetic, analytical, and strategic manner focusing primarily on unmasking strengths and motivating factors to inspire action toward implementing mindful career planning strategies.</p>

<p>My professional background has had a primary focus on providing career counseling, training, and case management services to youth and adults with and without disabilities via Rehabilitation Services of Arizona and the nonprofit sector. In addition, my career continues to include event planning and coordination, in-person networking to create meaningful community partnerships and creating and conducting career-related trainings and presentations in the colleges and surrounding communities.</p>

<p>My success, I believe, stems from an ability to teach, motivate, and inspire students to make necessary changes to their thought processes and methods of career planning to play to their individual strengths, values, and personality. I hope to help you in finding the perfect career for you! </p>
