Hi Victoria,
Knowing whether you're on the right career path (or not) can be challenging, but there are clear signs to look out for and evaluate your career direction:
You Enjoy the Work – Even if some tasks are difficult or tedious, you find the overall work interesting and engaging.
You're Excited About Learning More – You’re eager to develop skills, take courses, or improve in your field.
You See Growth Opportunities – Your job offers potential for promotions, skill development, or a meaningful future.
You Feel a Sense of Purpose – Your work aligns with your personal values or makes a positive impact.
You Like the People & Work Culture – A supportive team and a work environment you enjoy are crucial.
You Don't Dread Mondays – Everyone has bad days, but if you’re generally happy to start your week, that’s a great sign.
You're Building Valuable Skills – The skills you’re learning can be leveraged for future growth.
You Feel Challenged (In a Good Way) – You’re growing, problem-solving, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
People in Your Field Inspire You – You look up to mentors, colleagues, or leaders in your industry.
Hope this helps!

Great question Victoria.
A litmus test to know if you are in the right career path is you are willing to do that job for FREE! Yes, if you are not getting paid, you will still do it. But don't worry, if you are working with passion, high commitment and determination, you will be rewarded handsomely.
Hope this helps!
