Catherine’s Answer
If you’re a kinesthetic learner, you learn best by doing. So try these study habits:
• Use hands-on activities—build models, draw diagrams, or act things out.
• Study while walking or pacing. Movement helps retention.
• Teach the material to someone else—it forces active recall.
• Use flashcards and physically move them around to quiz yourself.
• Take frequent, short breaks to stay engaged.
The more you involve your body, the better you'll remember!
