Is the tech sales/sales job a secure and stable one?
I am 18 years old, once I finish high school I’ll try to get some remote tech sales or sales job as a BDR/SDR. So that I’ll move abroad start college in USA and start a acting career. I’d need a kinda stable job but I also am a people person and I like the money of a tech sales job. Are those jobs hard or stressful? As I am trying to manage studies and another career I wouldn’t want to get too much on my plate. I am already doing two unpaid internships remote with US startup to gain experience and have already 500+ connections on LinkedIn and a interview for finish June for a paid position with base salary. I need a base salary position. I live in Europe

If you're going into sales at a large tech company, the money can be great, but there are usually aggressive quotas that can be stressful to manage. Especially if you're going to juggle school and acting auditions.
Maybe consider a sales role at a startup where you can grow your skills, but won't have the pressure and demands that will come from larger, established tech companies.
Or consider starting at the tech company and using tuition reimbursement to help you get through school. Build your skillset, save your money, then take some time off to focus on the acting career.
Wishing you the best! You're already doing great.
