Plan your tasks the night before and set aside time for studying, exercising, and taking breaks. Try using the Pomodoro technique and focus on one thing at a time. Remember, balance is important—spend time with friends and enjoy yourself to keep your mind fresh. Keep it up!

Hi Aditya !
Firstly, cheers to you that you're entering the college and also taking the leap of faith to start in a new place.
It could be slightly overwhelming in the beginning when you shift to a new place because of a different environment, making new connects and socializing and so on, but don't worry its absolutely normal to feel so.
On the best utilisation of time for performance, try to break your day into parts - 1st part - hours before you go to college - 2nd during college and 3rd part of the day - hours after college.
You can try and fit in the fitness activities in one of these slots - morning or evening. Similarly for academic activies. Try to keep time for assignments and studies in the morning if it works for you- the time without much distraction. keep the time for fitness activities in the other part of the day. Try and allocate the time not just for the activity but also for the commute and relaxation. Socializing will majorly happen during college hours - 2nd part of the day.
PS: Starting the day early by even 30 mins will do wonders and do not survive on 4 hour sleep :)
Wish you the best!

Hi Aaditya,
Great question. I second your quest of making the most out of your day especially across different fields.
It is paramount more than ever now to become a multi-disciplinary individual.
The first thing I would recommend you to focus on is: Fitness
- This is the Best age to get into fitness. You won't have the kind of mindspace as you do right now to start in this ever again
- All other things link directly or indirectly here. You need to be fit to make the most of everything else
- It also takes care of the social aspect.
- Remember, fitness doesn't only mean going to the gym. It means doing sports, activities like trekking and joining in other fitness events.
For Academics, you can draft a weekly plan to do some or all of the below activities at least once.
- Read news related to your field
- Read Research papers (use GPT)
- Ideate or build a project
- Watch a YT video on a relevant concept
You get the idea
Slowly, you'll start building a system and routine that'll turn into a much larger automated workflow keeping you ahead!
