I am no expert on the topic, but from a Recruiter standpoint, a good strategy to prepare for an interview is to learn the STAR method, is broadly used to answer almost any type of interview question.
S- situation
T- task
A- action
R- result.
Basically, you provide examples using that structure and you will be able to provide a concrete answer which will allow you to showcase skills and competencies. ☺
