How do I find jobs after college?

Will I have an internship? Or will I have to look all on my own?

All of the above. You should be interning by your 2nd or 3rd yr of college. If an internship goes well they may invite you back the next year or offer a job after graduation. If not you continue look for something else. Join professional organization, talk to academic advisor, search on indeed or linked in to find intern opportunities and job. You have to put in the he work unless your school has a pipeline job placement program.
