Armando de Jesús’s Answer
In over 12 years of leading complex projects and managing diverse teams, I've never had to resort to violence and I firmly believe it's never a real solution to any problem.
Project management, like life, is full of challenges: tight deadlines, conflicting priorities, high-pressure situations, and moments of intense disagreement. But what I've learned is that the most effective way to resolve conflict is through communication, empathy, and strategic thinking. Violence (whether physical or verbal) only escalates tension and breaks down trust, which are the very foundations of successful teamwork.
When you're responsible for guiding a team, your ability to listen, understand different perspectives, and find common ground becomes your greatest asset. I've seen firsthand how respectful dialogue and emotional intelligence can turn a potential crisis into a breakthrough moment.

Violence is never the solution, even if you work as a police officer or in a similar role. Focus on stopping conflicts before they start and speak up for a peaceful everyday life.
