Hi! You might like the Pomodoro Technique (or tomato study method) - where you study for 25 minutes and then give yourself a 5 min break. It can be fun to set a timer to a sound or song you really like, and sometimes people like include a mini reward - like a chocolate chip. Good luck!

Nikita’s Answer

Hi Yaeli, I understand how challenging it can be to focus for long periods. I found that planning my week in advance really helped. I set daily goals and then studied in short bursts of 1 to 2 hours. During breaks, I did things I enjoyed, like listening to music, dancing, watching a favorite movie, or playing sports for about 30 minutes to an hour. This routine kept me focused during study time and made me look forward to the breaks. I also rewarded myself with small treats when I met my weekly goals. This approach made studying much more effective for me. I hope it helps you too!
