How can I improve this business idea? What other services can I include? What topics should I study and what training should I get to provide a better service?

I have a business idea based on my passions: personal branding, digital marketing, and social media content creation. I'm also studying executive secretarial skills and offer services based on my experience in these areas. I'd like to learn more about it, as I'm the founder and the only one providing these services.

Hi Sidney! Sounds like you are on the right track! Learning these skills will definitely help you in the future. As far as branding, I would also look into Website/App creation. You can play around on Google Sites or Canvas and get some ideas on graphic design too (you will need business cards and brochures!). I think you are on the right path. I would also research potential barriers and how to overcome them. Things happen and you definitely want to be prepared. Since YOU will be the owner, you want to do everything in your power for your business to grow and become successful.
I have also learned it's a good idea to work on customer feedback. It's ok to create surveys and ask customers to do reviews for you. As a proud business owner, you should welcome the feedback and use it to improve. I would also research things to ask when creating surveys and search for skills that are needed to overcome customers' objectives.
