Some people knows what it is they want to become while others don't. Is it the right or wrong course or major, you won't know. Trial and error is there, yes it is expensive but the experiences and knowledge you gained are priceless. Colleges is where you will find out, not only of what you want to become but also its where you will learn more about yourself. There are plenty of freedom, so use it wisely. I went back to school after 23 plus years of being an LPN. I achieved the RN and passed the boards but with so much experience behind me as an LPN it was easier for me to become an RN. You will learn and grow up quicker in college so don't rush yourself. There are certain experiences in college that are so different than high school. Like I said, you will experience and learn more. The growth you will achieve are plentiful, take it one step and day at a time.
You're young and plenty of life so take care of it. I landed the job after college or graduating that I wanted but hard life circumstances occurred. Learn to adjust and be flexible, it is difficult but it can be done. I did it and so can you. There are plenty of nursing jobs out there but good work ethic are essential wherever you go. It is not taught but it is ingrained in you, in my opinion. I don't know much about Nutritional Science but wherever this takes you be prepared. Be happy and work hard about a major you choose, no matter what it is. Enjoy every experience you gained and believe me, you will grow 👍.

Hi Bailey
College is a time for exploring different options. Students may not know exactly what they want to do at first, but through trying new things and gaining experience, they can discover what suits them best. Growth and self-discovery happen during college. Being flexible and willing to adapt are important qualities. Working hard, preparing well, and having passion are more important than immediately choosing the perfect major.
Regarding jobs, although there are challenges, success depends on effort, networking, and being open to opportunities. These factors can help you land your ideal job in the future. Success is not only about grades but also about gaining experience, being adaptable, and staying persistent.
In summary, if you are interested in sports nutrition, focus on exploring your interests, working hard, and staying flexible. These steps will help you find the right career and achieve their goals over time.
Wishing you the best.
