You can go down the college route (https://www.backstage.com/backstage-guides/25-acting-colleges-you-need-know/) or “make your own college” by researching the best acting classes in your town. Meanwhile, start reading tons of plays and studying tons of films and TV shows.
There are many ways to gain experience as an Actor. Volunteer at a local community theater. It will allow you a safe space to build your skills and network. Sign up as a background actor or "extra" if there is a casting company near you. It will help you see the many aspects of the field.
