My advice is if you applied for a job or have interview process; but if you didn’t received any communication, I do suggest you to contact them back in case if they haven’t received your application or misplaced your application cause sometimes the system can have errors which impact the process of your application.

To get a job and pass the interview process, you have the dress appropriately with their dress code even if it is on virtual meeting or in person meeting, show on time or few minutes early can show your boss that you are working ahead of yourself, and ask questions about the job field you are interesting in and prepare yourself with the opportunity they might offer you like employees benefits and retirement benefits as well too.

Lastly, it is okay to be nervous at the job interview process, use coping skills like breathing mechanisms, eating a good snacks bar like protein bar or anything that is healthy that could help you with energy levels before your interviews starts and try to use manners like shaking their hands when meeting them and eyes contact, speak when it is your turn and make sure you are well prepared when they asks a question about your experience in some skills that offer in the job field you are interesting in and what others skills you want to improve on while working in the company you applied for.

The best way to get a job and pass the interview process is to focus on roles that fit your skills, tailor your resume and applications to each position, and use networking to increase your chances of getting interviews. Prepare thoroughly by researching the company, practicing common and behavioral interview questions, and clearly demonstrating how your experience can solve the employer’s problems. Communicating confidently, asking thoughtful questions, following up professionally, and learning from feedback all help improve your chances of success.

Going through the interview process without hearing back can be tough, but it's also a chance to see what might be holding you back. I've been both the person waiting for a response and the one making hiring decisions, so here are some tips to help you out:

1. If you haven't heard anything after submitting your resume, it's okay to follow up. Reach out to your contact at the company to confirm they received your application. This shows you're genuinely interested in the job, as long as you don't overdo it.

2. Use your resume to tell your story. Highlight why you're the right fit for the job and pay attention to details like grammar and spelling. Let your personality shine through.

3. Since many companies use AI to screen resumes, make sure yours includes keywords that match the job description. Tailor your resume for each job you apply for.

4. Prepare a list of questions for your interview. Remember, interviews are a two-way street. You should also find out if the company is a good fit for you, whether it's a summer job or the start of your career.

5. Ask about the next steps in the interview process. This can give you an idea of when you might hear back about their decision.

6. Cultivate patience and resilience. The job market can be tough, with many applicants for each position. Use each rejection as a chance to improve. Can you enhance your resume? Are there skills you can learn? Do you know anyone who can provide a reference?

It might seem overwhelming, but taking the time to stand out and show how well you fit the job can make a big difference. You've got this!
