Hello! a strategy that I see frequently used by successful leaders is time blocking and organizing smaller tasks into batches to knock them out so you can protect time for the longer more energy using activities. I like this more recent article with real tips https://www.verywellmind.com/how-to-use-time-blocking-to-manage-your-day-4797509.

Hope this helps!

Congratulations on earning an athletic scholarship! That's a huge achievement. It's great that you're already thinking about managing school, work, and sports. Here are two tips to help you succeed:

1. Use Your Resources: As an athlete, your school offers special resources just for you. This includes guidance counselors who can help you plan your class schedule around your practices and games. You'll also have access to athletic support to keep you healthy and fit. Make sure to use these free resources—they're there to help you succeed!

2. Manage Your Time: You'll be busier than many students, so don't leave homework until the last minute. Use any free time you have to stay on top of your assignments. If you have a busy week with games or practices, get your work done early. Start practicing good time management now.

You've got this! Use your resources and manage your time well. Good luck!
