Hi Sophia! The toughest part of college is keeping yourself focused on your studies. I found it helpful to start my day early and finish tasks right away. This way, I could participate in fun activities and social events later on in the day or week. For example, after early classes, I stayed in the study area at school instead of going home to relax. Being in a school setting made it easier to concentrate and complete my assignments. It's important to take a day off occasionally to recharge, but try not to procrastinate or leave everything until the last minute. Good luck!

Hi Sophia! My biggest advice is to plan your week ahead of time. For instance, every Sunday you can spend half an hour planning out what homework's you need to accomplish, classes, studying, maybe a job, and then personal time for family and friends or yourself. Use apps like google calendar or a to do list or hourly schedule app to plan this out and be intentional about it. In doing this, you ensure you have time for all your academic and personal priorities.
