Hi Ricky,
Sorry to be blunt, but from a personal perspective I would say no, these values do not connect well at all with the profession.
While you can have a family, I imagine valuing family means wanting to spend time with them. However, restaurants best time of the week is during weekends, and the best time to spend time with your family is also during weekends. Additionally, you have to start early in the morning to pick produce from the market, prep the kitchen, maybe think of new recipes, and of course cleaning at the end of the night, you will be super busy essentially constantly.
As for health, chefs are known to be super stressed and stressful. constantly under pressure during crunch time, and you will always have competition and prove yourself to stay in your position. Also you will be standing most of the day, which is not healthy for your body.
As for Wealth, unless you open your own restaurant, which is not the best investment as most of them close within the first few years of opening, and your restaurant is doing super well, wealth might not be down the path of being a chef.
If it is a passion, and you just love to cook, then that is something else. many people do not care about wealth, or any other of the values you mentioned as long as they are happy at what they are doing. Cause you do not work a day in your life if you love what you are doing.
Again, sorry for being blunt, but just giving my opinion from my own perspective and experiences.
Hope this helps you out.
Good luck!
