Torsha’s Answer

Choosing the right career path isn’t about having absolute certainty—it’s about whether it fits your values, interests, and goals right now. It’s normal to worry about regrets, but regret usually comes from not trying or ignoring what matters to you, not from making a choice itself. The best way to move past that fear is to see your career as a journey: check in with yourself, adjust when needed, and remember that no path is permanent. Staying flexible and open to change helps you feel confident even if things shift along the way.

Andreea-Raluca’s Answer

It's never too late to change your career. I began as an accountant and auditor, working in that field for eight years. When I felt the need for a change, I switched to a multinational company, even though I was in my thirties and entering a completely different environment. It turned out to be a great decision. I've been with the same company for nine years now and have taken on many different roles. Don't worry if your interests change over time; what matters is doing what makes you happy today.

Margarita’s Answer

Hi Gracie!

This journey is all about trying new things, and it's really exciting! I've worked in different fields like hospitality, government, education, and now tech. Each job was different and helped me learn new skills. It took time, but I finally found what I love to do.

I don't regret any of my past jobs because each one taught me something valuable. Finding the right career isn't easy, and it's okay if it doesn't happen right away. I knew I found my path when I felt happy going to work and excited about the challenges, even when they were tough.

Good luck with everything! the world is your oyster!

Joanna’s Answer

Thanks for the question Gracie!
I know that the career path I’ve chosen is the right one for me because it aligns with what motivates me every day: solving complex problems, streamlining processes, working closely with clients, and helping others achieve better results. But I admit that when I started this job, I didn’t know if it was right for me. The most important thing is to try. Don’t wait, just act. You can always change direction if it turns out not to be what you expected, because I don’t think there’s one “perfect” career choice, so there’s nothing to regret. As they say: it’s better to try and regret it later than not to try and regret not having tried. It’s good to view your career as an evolving journey. Every role enriches me with new skills, perspectives, and self-awareness that help me take the next step.
Good luck!
