WHAT'S the secret to making it work if you made up a NICHE MARKET ?
Has to do with making people lose their interest in a microphone person in the street club for laughing entertainment. Has to do with home hosting people do instead of street hosting a club owner does.

Hi Anthony,
When making a niche market work you need to ensure that it's solving a real problem that exists now. If so you are onto a winner but if you aren't solving a problem that people will pay to get solved then you're in for a tough run.
Validate with potential customers if your solution is the right fit for them and go from there.
Good luck!

The secret isn’t the niche itself, it’s solving a problem in a way that’s better than existing options.
People don’t change because something is new, they change because it offers greater value, a better experience, or solves a pain point.
Success comes from clearly identifying the audience, understanding what they want, and consistently delivering an experience they can’t easily get elsewhere. Basically EQ - put your mind in the mind of your audience.
If I created a niche market around home-hosted entertainment instead of club or street-based entertainment, I’d focus on convenience, exclusivity, and creating a more personal experience.
Dont ever be afraid to jump in and be different, you just have to believe in yourself. My theory is that if it's never been done before and you are the first to create it, then it's never wrong; you just need the determination to make a positive difference.
