Krista’s Answer

7 years. I got a job right out of college while I was deciding what to do with my life/career, and while paying off my student loans from getting my Bachelor's degree. At the time I debated going to medical school or getting a Master's degree, but ultimately determined I didn't want to go back to school for 4+ years and accumulate even more debt. I was fortunate enough to have landed an entry-level job at a really reputable company. I've been promoted 4 times in the past 7 years and I'm now making a salary that I didn't think was possible this soon without having to go back to school for a Master's degree. I'm really happy with my decision and I wish you the best of luck!

Jeff’s Answer

It took me 30 years to achieve my highest income level and to achieve happiness. I love what I do. I graduated dental school in 1987. I started practicing Orthodontics in 1993. By 2017, I “made it.”
