While I am not quite sure what you're asking if you're interested in going to college for Animation, You should check out the CalArts Character Animation program. Walt Disney himself started the program.

Hello Deilyna,

I am not sure what you mean by , "creativity that are animations", but If you are looking for free animation software I would highly recommend looking into Pencil for 2D animators and Blender for 3D animators. Hope this helps. Citations below.
