Hi Tyler,

Sort of along the same lines as Sachin - you can check out average salaries by job title, company, and city on GlassDoor. I've looked up a CSO position for Seattle since you're close to there, to get an idea but there weren't any. I expanded the search to include Directors of Sustainability for anywhere in the USA: https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/director-of-sustainability-salary-SRCH_KO0,26.htm and the average salary looks to be about $105k.
