I am team player and also believe in working as team. Per my understanding this has lot of advantage, firstly you have bonding with team members and hence a healthy work environment. You learn things faster, you have a helping hand in need, and you also tend to help others when needed, you grow together as a team. Also you achieve goals faster than when you work as individual.

Addison’s Answer

For me, this truly depends on the projects on which I'm working. For things like copywriting, deck creation, or things that require a bit more creative thinking, I like to work alone. However, when it comes to things like brainstorming for large scale projects or scoping out the work to be done for a new email journey, I think the more the merrier. One of my favorite things about my current company is that I have the opportunity to work solo and collaborate with my coworkers.
