What jobs can you qualify for with a bachelor's degree in Health Science?

I am probably going to major in health science just In case I change my mind on pursuing Occupational therapy. So I would like to know if I should go for health science or another major that can provide a good amount of job opportunities after college.

I agree with the other Kelly. It's going to be very dependent on the curriculum from the school. Health Sciences as an undergraduate program is very common and each one has different degree requirements. The school I went to has different biology levels, but at another school I went to, while it said "health sciences" as the major, it focused heavily on patient care positions. As a result, there were career connections with local nursing homes where the students were often placed post-graduation. Think about what sector you want to be in as well. For those who do not like the big businesses, they can often excel with non-profits when their missions align.

Not sure what a degree in Health Science covers. It may give you a background in administrative services for any allied health field such as hospital, rehabilitation clinic, etc. It could possibly be a good double major associated with a nursing degree or other allied health degree that will train in the skills of running an office or possible a caseworker. I'm not sure it will help in prerequisites to be accepted into an occupational therapy program, physical therapy program, etc. unless it is weighted with a heavy load of science courses. Best thing to do is look into the program, ask questions and see what the job opportunities are. Will tell you that your interest in occupational therapy is a wide open field with limitless job opportunities, but programs are very competitive. Good luck.
