A couple of programming classes can go a long way for you in your nursing career. I would recommend doing Java or .Net development/ programming. You could also consider doing Chef or Puppet programming. You could do many things in your life with your own automation, in years to come.

your first couple of years are going to be the same. You will need to take your core classes such as your English, math afterward you will be taking classes at each of the different colleges.

Double majors is very valiant. I can only advise about computer science. Data Structures, Computer Architecture, and any Data Base classes can be solid foundation for Computer Science.
