Victoria’s Answer

All great fashion designers have a tribe. That tribe will follow them through seasons and trends. Start by figuring out who you're designing for and the types of clothing they love and wear, what they're doing in those clothes, who they're trying to impress. Even think about what types of things outside of clothes inspire them. Once you learn about those things you'll always be able to make clothes that appeal to them.

Look up consumer insights.

Good luck!

Reham’s Answer

I think it doesn't matter what the other designers already launched, I think it all about your passion and your touch and your view that you want to deliver to the world .

Just find what you really want other people see and feel when they see your collection from clothes , then work on it and believe that you will reach what you want and be different, there is no chance for similarities. and insist on what you want to do then you will different successful fashion designer.

Joya’s Answer

Absolutely, yes! In my past and in my family we have brassiere designer's. The company you work for will most likely ask for new ideas on an ongoing basis, and it can be very stressful. If you can afford it, take a trip to Europe and take photos of or purchase some items as samples (most new designs originate there). Add your own flair and choose fabrics that are manufactured locally to give the item an even more different look. You can also subscribe to many different fashion magazines and attend fashion week, a national trade show where all new fashions from top designers come to light.
