Daniela,
It really depends on the field of medicine you are considering. There are so many areas to study, many of which you don't even know exist. I recommend googling the different areas of medicine and researching them to find out what you may find of interest. Some of the more popular fields are very competitive and require many qualifications prior to getting accepted into their programs. So it would be good to get an idea on what you would like now and start completing the various asks of the program. It's never too early to start volunteering at the local hospital to learn more!
