What if I were to transfer to another state in my senior year of high school and attend college there, would I be considered out of state or in state?

I current live in Maryland and over the summer I might move to Georgia, I only have one year left in high school and afterwards I will be attending college in the state that I am in. #college

There is not a universal definition of "in state". You need to research the specific requirements for the colleges that you are considering. You should also find out what is required to change status from out of state to in state, or if that's allowed by the university. Some will have a path to follow to become in state for years 2, 3, & 4; but some will consider you out of state all four years. The specific universities you are interested in are where you need to go for these answers. Good luck!
