Janet’s Answer

A psychologist can live a middle class lifestyle. Some can live an upper middle class lifestyle if they are very productive, energetic, and ambitious.

Annushka’s Answer

Hi Kenley! Well the lifestyle wholely and solely depends on the respective person's interest in a particular field. As you know, Psychology includes various branches or disciplines such as: Abnormal Psychology.
Behavioral Psychology.
Biopsychology.
Clinical Psychology.
Cognitive Psychology.
Comparative Psychology.
Counseling Psychology.
Now the lifestyle will definitely depends on a person's way of handling and managing time, making time for the patients (usually in clinical and counseling psychology) and well as making time for family as well as friends. All in all, it depends on what sort of person you are: introvert, extrovert, ambivert and your overall personality. One should be responsible about time and that's all about being an adult for sure!

angie’s Answer

Hello, Kenley,

Lifestyle? I'm not sure what you mean so I will try to answer it:

Lifestyle to me is a choice - choice on where I spend money, what I wear on my person, who I spend time with, where I live, what I eat and so on. It's very individual to me.

My work is a place where I express my lifestyle - which is Jungian, art therapy, dream analysis, and energy work. I use candles, meditation, energy clearing, art, drums, dance, voice, etc... My home also reresents my lifestyle - sacred geometry paintings, Jungina books, candles, incense, drums, etc...

Some psychologists are very Freud - some Jung - some New Age, some Conservative --- and usually you will see their lifestyle in the way they decorate their offices and how they dress. But it's all choice on how you represent yourself to yourself and the world.

Hope this was helpful...
Sincerely, Angie
