Which name is assigned to the transport layer PDU? In your own words, explain the process of the protocol stack.

I want to know more about PDU technology #pdu-technology

Thank you comment icon Hi Kefuwe. Is this a career question? I'm not sure I see the link, but please go ahead and edit your question or comment on it here if you think that this question will help you prepare for your career. If it's a purely technical question, you might end up getting better responses on a PDU-focused site or on a technical questions site like stackoverflow or similar. Jared Chung, Admin

Hi Kefuwe, this does seem more like a technology question than a career question. Maybe you were asked this question in a job interview? If that's the case, I suggest you read up on the OSI model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSI_model) and the TCP/IP stack (https://www.w3.org/People/Frystyk/thesis/TcpIp.html). PDU stands for Protocol Data Unit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protocol_data_unit) btw, and is the generic name for "packets" of data.
Good luck!
