Hi Ms. Lambert, it is my pleasure to answer this question for your students. The real answer is that we don't really know what the future will be like. However, we all have an opportunity to help shape the future in order to make it the best place for all people. If we all work together and help others, we can help mold a great future. It is hard to tell when COVID will be over, but there are many scientists, health officials and others working to get rid of COVID or at least minimize at soon as possible, so we can get back to living a more normal life like before.

Hi Ms. Lambert,
I'm so excited to answer this question for your students. As humans, we evolve and adapt every time something happens. From where we started a year ago with the whole world in lockdown, we have now adapted to this new lifestyle. With virtual birthday parties and virtual meeting sessions, groceries delivered through an app, takeouts from restaurants, replacing getting into the office every day to a work from home setting the human race has handled it so well. We have reduced the carbon footporint and nature is healing. So first, kudos to us for that.
As for the future, I'm sure it's going to be great! We now know what is priority, what we are all capable of. As things slolwy resume back to normal, it has been a good learning curve to never take what we have for granted.

Hi Ms. Lambert! I have hope that things will be okay in the future; the good news is that there are vaccines being rolled out and more and more people each day being immunized! Health officials are still unsure about when we can return to normal but are hopeful as well; the more individuals who get vaccinated and the more precaution we continue to maintain the better the outcome will be! Hopefully soon !

Best of luck and stay safe!

Hello students!

The future will definitely get better. In life there is going to be many obstacles that you are going to have to deal with, whether it being the pandemic or something else that is happening in your personal life. If everybody gets their vaccines and follow the correct procedures to stay healthy, the pandemic will end. You just have to keep moving forwards in life. Try to make the best out of the situation. There might be opportunities that may come forth from this pandemic that could very much help you in the future.

John’s Answer

Such a great question. I have noticed for years that those living in other countries like China, have been wearing face coverings for years. It is because there are so many people that live there. I sincerely believe that once we get enough people immunized, that we will see Covid go away like we want it to, but it may take into next year as so very many people have to get the shot.

The future is going to be awesome, but we don't know exactly how. We don't know if COVID will ever be over, but it will get better. You just have to keep going, do the right things and keep believing.

Dear 4th Graders,
I believe the future is promising and we will get past Covid like any other pandemic that have come and gone. We are learning every day and getting better and faster at fighting different diseases. Keep working hard at your studies and I believe one day you will help make the world an even better and safer place as well. You are our future and know that Ms. Lambert and your families are here to teach and guide you to become the best that you can be, so that you can move the world forward.

Not sure if it's ever gonna be gone forever but definitely not soon :( However, as long as people get vaccinated and follow the mask mandates, that's one step to Covid being gone!
