To what extent do you work with others?

I believe engineering is a discipline where teamwork is an essential part of getting the job done, but it also requires each person to be able to pull his own load well.

Hey Caroline!

Every day, I work on projects with teams! There's not a single person I can think of that is working on something individually (unless it's a really specific contractor that has expertise in an area).

You'll find that engineers work together a ton to finish projects. You'll all have your own little piece but it requires coordination and group thinking to push through challenges.
