Hi there! After a bit of research I found that there are universities that offer a Physics degree (that's just like a specialization, meaning you'll learn all things about physics and applicable science).

Physics has many subfields like: astrophysics, biophysics, engineering physics or medical physics.

After graduating a Physics major, you can work as a teacher, researcher, engineer, lab technician, data analyst and so on.

Hope this helped and don't be hesitant if you want to ask more questions in the comments! Good luck <3

Dana recommends the following next steps:

Find more information about future careers that involve physics
Find out what you enjoy most about science, this will help you understand what your future career can be!

Hi Sailesh! That's a great question and it's nice to see someone interesting in pursuing a career in Physics. Physics is a pretty vast and interesting area of study so you'll need to identify which part interests and excites you. A general career starts by pursing a Bachelor of Science degree after 12th grade which will help you identify what you like (if not, what you don't like for sure). Among the most reputed programs in the BS offered by the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. The KVPY is a good way to get in if you still have that opportunity, if not you can try the regular way.
Try to do well in the IIT mains and IIT advances examinations, this will open up quite a few universities for a program that you might be interested in. Writing state level examinations can also help you get into good universities in the respective states.
Hope this helps, all the best!
