Why do i want to join this internship

This is Pawni. I am 10 grader who, irrespective of an early age, wants to instate something irrelevant in life that has not been expected of me. I possess the potential and has the courage to do something . The foremost thing I love is that I love to present myself; my views; my ideology to the audience. #career

Hi Pawni. I think it is bold and courageous to try something that you might consider "irrelevant" today. Perhaps the experience you gain from doing things that are not expected, or not a natural strength could be very useful in the future. I think it is always good to try new things even if they seem uncomfortable at first. It's one way we can manage our growth and development and learn new perspectives. Good Luck !!!

Karen’s Answer

An internship can be the first step to gaining full-time employment. It gives both you and the employer a chance to see what you can do and to determine if it's a good fit.

With every good wish.

Pawni;

I am not sure what you mean by the statement of "expected by me?". Expected by "who" is my question?

Meeting your own expectation could generally mean a higher goal than you can imagine as you learn from your experienced.

Internships can be a very good way to learn fro the experiences of other so you can build and/or refine your own views.

In my opinion your age has little to do your limitations. There are plenty of ways to present one's views. Public speaking is one option. The internet and BLOGs offer many other options.

My only suggestion to to find an internship that is of interest to you. Learn from it and keep seeking challenging roles in life.

Annie’s Answer

Pawni, I think it is wonderful that you are courageous and want to express yourself and your ideas through your work. Having the confidence and courage to try new things is something that will serve you well in life as well as in the world of work. One place you can start to learn about the careers you are interested in is on LinkedIn. There are many interesting articles and even classes that you can take online to learn about jobs and companies that you might be interested in.

Annie recommends the following next steps:

Keep asking questions: of your parents, family, teachers, neighbors. The others in this forum have suggested internships, which are also a good idea. Whether you are taking on a part time job after school or a summer job, you will learn something from every work experience you try!
