Hi Kyra! I know two people who went to The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York. After graduation they started a food truck in two different states. The CIA has branches in different cities in the US (and Singapore) as well. There is another great culinary school in Pennsylvania called The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia to check out. I think if you were to start working in food now and start researching culinary schools and find one that would be a perfect fit for you, you'll be setting yourself up for success.
