Stephen’s Answer

Hi Martina,

What interests you in regards to engineering? Would you enjoy designing large structures like bridges, dams, or tunnels? Would you enjoy working on high-pressure hydraulic systems for heavy machines? Do you like electronics and circuits whereby you could design and program small computer devices? You do like chemistry and processes whereby you could study chemical engineering? Do you like high-voltage, high-power electrical design whereby you would design transmission systems and switchyards? Would you enjoy designing hybrid cars or hybrid buses? Would you enjoy working on renewable energy plans such as solar, wind or tidal? I work with industrial control systems and have enjoyed it. Lots of travel if you want it, the computers are fun to program, and you have to do some electrical engineering as well. Let me know.

Thank you comment icon Thanks Stephen! I'm interested in all of these actually they all sound extremely interesting and rewarding. I will defiantly look into a lot of these. Martina
