Hello Elton. There are not many jobs that are more fun and rewarding than being a coach. Many coaches have played sports and it gives you the opportunity to share the valuable lessons that you have learned. A good coach is like an extension of your parents and teaches life lessons as well. Too keep it simple, I love coaching.

Being a coach is the most rewarding position ever. Both in enjoyment of life and impact on others. Only thing it lacks - money. I always like to coach as a second job/role outside of my normal career. I am in finance, but am the assistant coach for a high school football team in my city. I love spending time with the boys and making an impact on their young lives.

I would highly recommend getting involved whenever you can. Coaching is always rewarding!
