There are a lot of opportunities you could pursue - if you're currently working as a medical assistant, that means you have good people skills and know how to interact with people from all backgrounds. If you want to continue in the medical field you could decide to study for a bachelor's degree and master's degree and be a physician assistant. You could also decide to go to nursing school and become a nurse. It depends on what you like to do during the day.
