what should be my first step to become a Game Designer?

When I graduate I want to become a Game Designer and just want to know the steps I needed to take.

To become a game designer you should have strong computer programming or computer science skills. It's also helpful to have a graphic design skills. Many universities now have 'gaming' programs, where you'll have access to the classes you need to obtain the skills to pursue a career in game design.

Hi! One of the first step is to decide where to study. Some Colleges/Universities have great programs, but so does technical schools too. Do your research on the best place for YOU and their hiring rate after completion.
Also, apply the knowledge you learn as much as you can. That will set you apart in job interviews.
