are there any medical assistants willing to do informational interviews??

i am a student at job corps and i start taking my medical trade next week.

May I suggest that you update your question to ask specific questions you'd want to ask about being a medical assistant? Perhaps, "What was your educational and training path to become a medical assistant?" Or even, "What questions should I ask during my informational interview with a medical assistant?" so you're prepared for when you have a person to interview.
