Research your market, build a passion for people, study closing skills that dont feel like closing skills, and never get distracted when a client is speaking. Now pick an area that you believe meets your goals ( FSBO -Flipping, Commercia RE, Land, Family Property, Beach, etc) and start with a company that supplies mentors for you to work under, while studying experts on your free time. Dont Think Get Rich Quick. Pay some dues and do some time but dont get greedy, for that will make many miss whats important, Your clients.
