Like most things in life you will get out of it what you put in. It takes a tremendous amount of effort but can be the most rewarding of experiences. Do not think that you get more freedom, you are tied to the business and it depends on you. To be successful means you will be working when others won't and you will need to sacrifice. Please do not take this as a negative, it can be incredibly rewarding psychologically as well as financially. You just need to be prepared to work very hard and enjoy the rewards which are many.
