If you already have one-on-one meetings with your team, use 5–10 minutes to give feedback:

What’s going well
What could improve
Keep a feedback notebook
Throughout the week, write down small things you observe:
• Attitudes
• Results
• Initiatives

Use the “GOOD – BETTER – HOW” method
GOOD: What went well
BETTER: What could improve
HOW: What suggestions or support you can offer

Follow up
• Check in on how the person is doing.
• Acknowledge improvements, even small ones.
• Ask if they need anything to keep progressing.

This shows that your feedback wasn’t just a “correction,” but part of their growth process.
