What Are The Questions About Universities to Research in Advance?

As a senior in college hoping to enter the fashion designing field, I've been researching top institutions in the US to apply to, but I'm unsure of what inquiries a university may make during an interview. I was twice turned down for admission to a private institution in Woodbridge because of the numerous questions they asked me about my interest in being a patch maker online. I need direction!

The usual big questions that you'll be asked are: What led you picking your field? What are your plans for the future? What do you wish to get out of the institute you're applying to? & How do you see yourself working in your desired field? These are the usual big questions and more often than not the wording or phrasing is changed, but the core message is the same. When it comes to answering these questions, and the other questions that interviewers bring up, keep your answers lean and straight to the point. Elaborate when necessary and never sell yourself short. Keep an assured tone when answering.

Also don't be afraid to ask questions to your interviewer about where you're applying to. An interview isn't just the representative getting to know you, it's also you getting to know them and social goings-on of the environment you're going to be working/studying in.
