Will I enjoy this?

I'm curious about my job start date and whether I can choose my job because I would love to work at a movie theater.

Thank you comment icon Not sure how old you are, but if you are still in high school or college, my advice is to not let work get in the way of your fun. I made this mistake when I was in high school and just worked after school and over the summer rather than enjoy my time with my friends. You have the rest of your life to work. Be a kid while you can and enjoy before you lose that capability. Jason Kawa

Congratulations on the new job! I can't tell from your post if you are working at a theater or you just want to work at one, but either way, working at a movie theater sounds fun.

Starting a new job can be exciting and scary at the same time. Even though starting a new job can make you feel nervous, it can be fun and it's a really smart move. When you start working as a young person, you'll learn new skills that will help you in your future. If you work at a theater, you will learn how to work in a team with your coworkers. This will teach you how to communicate with others. You can also meet new friends at work.

Starting a job will also teach you time management skills. You'll learn how to be on time for work. You'll also learn how to get your work done on time.
