Fred’s Answer

We pretty much did that for centuries. Then it naturally evolved. Bob was a really good farmer, but a terrible house builder. Joe was great at building houses, but couldn't grow crops at all. So they agreed that Bob would grow food for both of them, and Joe would build houses/buildings for both. Then David came along, and said he was good at forging new tools...and so on.

We evolved into a world where people specialize. it's hard to become really good at something. It's even harder to become really good at a LOT of things.

Now throw in the fact that there are always greedy people who want something for nothing. So they see Bob has a lot of good crops, and they figure it's easier to just take them from him by force than anything else.

Mrinalini’s Answer

Hey Larry, it looks like something's bothering you. Don't be too hard on yourself, especially at this stage in life. If you've faced tough times and are still standing strong, it means you've done your best and are prepared for any challenges or conflicts life throws your way.

Remember, life without these experiences would be dull – who wants a plain life without any ups and downs? As for becoming a farmer or pursuing any other path, do you really think it's free of conflict? The truth is, no matter where you go, there will always be challenges to face.

So, pick yourself up and keep moving forward. You've got this, and I wish you all the best!

Gaurav’s Answer

In the modern world, even agriculture requires tools, meaning that a farmer can't also be an expert blacksmith, and vice versa. The essential elements for life include food, clothing, and shelter. To meet these fundamental needs, we rely on the assistance of at least 10 different industries, such as petroleum, electricity, tools, irrigation, sanitation, hospitality, and education. We need people to operate these industries so that we can satisfy our basic requirements. It's not possible for everyone to have the resources, wealth, and expertise to establish these industries individually, which is why we need jobs.

Craig’s Answer

Most importantly, a job provides a sense of purpose, a feeling of belonging, and a valuable contribution to society. The connections you make, the friendships you form, and the way you communicate are all up to you. By discovering people who share your interests, dreams, and objectives, your curiosity will grow even more.

Craig recommends the following next steps:

Find a role model that you admire
Find a group activity that appeals to you, socialize and discuss your points of view and questions you have.
