Ask plenty of questions. Don't be afraid to reach across the board and help coworkers, learn what they do and how you can help. By helping them gets you exposed to new things and you get the right experience. Behavior is very important. No matter how hard you work if you don't have the right behavior that negates everything you do. Be positive and helpful and again don't be afraid to ask plenty of questions and keep learning and developing.
