What type of restaurants do any of you want to take to start your own cooking career?

I had started cooking when I was at SBH and had cooked food for a week and then I had started cooking at school and did stared cooking with groups when I was in 9th grade.

Opening a restaurant is not just opening one,U need to know about business administration,food handling,food service and costumer service if U want be successful,creat a concept and menu that can stick with it,have a lot of passion, dedication and hard work,look for the right spot with the best quality and service don't matter what
