How can I make money to support my family?
I am an eighth grader who is looking to become successful in the future so I can support my family, when I decide I want to have one. I have created many businesses and went to different craft shows, but can't seem to make very much money.

Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you would like to be entrepreneur and wish to support your family. Firstly, you may need to focus your school work and complete your college. Have you thought about what industry you would like to start your business?
Below are your suggestions :
1. Think about the industry you have interest or strength
2. Do some analysis on the industry, e.g. entry criteria, competition status, any alternative / substitute, etc.
3. Take the industry related courses in the college and management courses
4. Work in the industry some time to understand the operating model and establish people network
5. Start the business online first if possible

You might find it interesting to look into books like From Paycheck to Purpose by Ken Coleman, What Color Is Your Parachute? by Richard Bolles, EntreLeadership by Dave Ramsey, and The Unspoken Rules by Gorick Ng. They'll probably give you lots to think about, and you have time to figure out how the ideas you get can help you take a step forward at a time.
You might also like starting to learn about the best ways to job hunt these days, including looking at YouTube channels like Work It Daily (@workitdaily). Every year or two there are tweaks in how the best experts recommend being connected online and how you try to use technology in order to be findable when the time comes that you're looking for good work.

You are already doing WAY better than you know! If you can generate any steady income from your businesses now, by the time you are ready for a family you will be able to provide.
My 2 cents, worry less about the future and focus now on what is working and what is not working. Take time a few times a week to ponder on your progress and jot down lessons you learn in a notebook. By the time you graduate highschool you will have years of valuable advice, customized by your own experience that can then guide you on to the next thing. In these lessons ask yourself what is working in your business, in your relationships at home and school, in your attempts at learning, in your decision process, etc. The idea is to capture the things you recognize are working as well as the lessons you are learning the hard way that you want to avoid learning again.
You may or may not provide for your family then by running the same businesses you do now, but you WILL provide a wonderful future for them by using the same mindset you have now. You sound like you are wired to be strategic and pursue excellence, and so if you continue to pursue it you will find it.
