Hello, CVOH !
Wow, this is sure an exciting idea for a very thoughtful and caring plan ! Yes, you can volunteer on reservations working with tribal Indians and I have left some places at links below to contact for the opportunity to do so.
You will want to contact various organizations in addition to those below. By doing a search on the internet, you will discover more opportunities. Contact them and let them them know the actual kind of volunteer work you want to do and do not give up. It would be such an appreciated and fulfilling way to help communities and share your skills. Also consider volunteering in additional capacities.
Best wishes with this exciting venture !
